The first draft program of 4th SEERC Conference Istanbul has been published by the organizational committee.

The program covers all the sessions, workshops and other events in the conference including the names of the speakers and time frames.

The program will be a higly clear roadmap for the attendees, exhibitors and speakers of the conference.
