 and Technical Advisory Committee has gathered in Turkish Embassy in Paris 
 on 31st of August during CIGRE Paris Session. The meeting as the second MB
 /TAC Joint Meeting during chairmanship of CIGRE Türkiye has brought 40 nat
 ional committee MB/TAC members from 15 SEERC countries.\nDr. İzzet Alagoz\
 , the chairman of SEERC and CIGRE Türkiye NC\, has leaded the meeting focu
 sing on the details of 4. SEERC Conference on between 11-13 October 2023 i
 n Istanbul. The conferences topics\, subtopics\, reviewers and sessions ar
 e discussed by the TAC and MB members for the coming conference.\nGeorgia\
 , Romania\, Bosnia Herzegovina and Italy NCs have presented conferences an
