  SEERC has gathered for the 3rd SEERC Workshop in Rome. The workshop\, whi
 ch is organized under the CIGRE Türkiye and hosted by CIGRE İtaly\, has be
 gun with the opening speeches of Dr. İzzet Alagöz\, SEERC Chair and Prof. 
 Massimo Pompili.\nAttendees from Türkiye\, Italy\, Slovenia\, Croatia\, Ge
 orgia\, Serbia\, Kosovo\, Austria and Ukraine has shared their presentatio
 ns during the two days of the workshop.\nThe workshop has held in Universi
 ty of La Sapienza\, which is the one of the oldest universities in Italy a
 nd focused on the Resilience of Electrical Grid: Events and Solutions. Pre
 sentations on cyber security\, climate change and grid\, grids of SEERC co
