 On May 27\, 2024\, the tenth SEERC TAC Meeting was held in Cavtat\, Croati
 a\, focusing on key issues such as increasing energy efficiency\, integrat
 ing renewable energy\, and addressing challenges related to the fast decar
 bonization of the energy system.\nThe meeting included an update from the 
 joint MB+TAC Meeting held in Ljubljana\, detailing strategic initiatives a
 nd collaborations aimed at enhancing power systems in Southeast Europe. Th
 e primary focus was preparations for the 5th SEERC Conference\, scheduled 
 in Sarajevo in 2025. Key topics for the conference were defined\, includin
 g increasing energy efficiency\, integrating renewable energy capacities\,
  employing new technologies for decarbonization\, developing the electrici
 ty market\, and addressing the resilience of electric power systems.\nAddi
 tionally\, discussions covered the SEERC Questionnaire\, designed to gathe
